We are seeking a driven and focused swimming professional to lead the successful swim school team. As the Swim School Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of aquatics programs, including the YMCA NSW Swim School program and Schools Swimming lessons.

About Your New Role

* You will lead and manage all aspects of aquatics programs, ensuring staff are trained and competent in delivering lessons and squad programs.
* You will require a firm knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the YMCA NSW Swim School program, educational trends, and industry development.
* You will need to have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing our customers and parents the best possible level of customer service, education, and enjoyment from the lessons.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the swim school team, including coaching and mentoring staff members.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve lesson quality and student outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, participation, and progress tracking.
