Technical Lead Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and lead the planning and delivery of road and transport infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure design quality, compliance, and innovation.
About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with significant experience in road design within an Australian consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with relevant design software, strong understanding of Austroads, DIT (SA) standards, and transport planning interfaces.
* Mentor and develop a team of engineers and designers
* Lead the planning and detailed design of road infrastructure projects from concept through to delivery
Requirements
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
* Fully registered with Engineers Australia or equivalent qualification
Proven leadership capability
Excellent communication skills
Experience working on city-shaping transport projects
Knowledge of geographic information systems
