Senior Project Architect - Private Residential
This small, boutique architecture practice is located in Melbourne's city-fringe. The studio works across both private and multi-residential projects and delivers timeless design that supports contemporary living. The team is on the look out for a talented Senior Project Architect who possesses local experience in running private residential projects through all stages. The successful Architect will be highly-skilled in Revit with strong documentation ability, and have a quality design aesthetic on with the initiative and drive to manage their own projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects concurrently from design to completion
* Work closely with the Director
* Develop concept work into detailed design
* Prepare accurate and thorough documentation
* Manage clients, consultants and team members
Skills & Experience
* Masters Degree in Architecture
* Current ARBV Registration
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in the Australian industry, including high-end residential projects
* High Revit proficiencyExperience in running projects across all phases
* Broad knowledge of the planning process and BCA
* Strong construction and technical knowledge
* Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
