About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation via Google and other platforms for our business. This part-time consultancy role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and wants to deliver tangible marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow our leads via digital and online means.
* Build and manage Google Search campaigns targeted at decision-makers (facility managers, corporate real estate, government) for our furniture offering.
* Create and monitor Google Display/Retargeting campaigns (project imagery, case-studies, tailored messages by segment).
* Maintain and optimise our Google Business Profile (ensure up-to-date, relevant content).
* Analyse and report weekly/fortnightly on campaign metrics: cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, lead quality, ROI.
* Collaborate with our leadership to refine messaging, identify high-value client segments, and shape campaign focus.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing with strong results in Google Ads / lead-gen.
* Proven track record working B2B or service-business scenarios (not just e-commerce).
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, drawing insights, optimising performance.
* Able to work autonomously, in a time-efficient way (~3 hours/week) and deliver without heavy oversight.
* Excellent communication skills, strategic orientation, and ability to understand complex client needs.
Terms & Conditions
* Consultancy (approx. 3 hours/week) on ABN basis.
* Remote/hybrid work (Canberra based business).
* Initial 3-month term, with extension potential based on performance.
