Exceptional Customer Experience Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving showroom and product display enhancements, managing planograms, and maintaining high standards of presentation.
The ideal candidate will possess emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating engaging and stimulating shopping experiences. You will demonstrate your skills in merchandising and presentation, sharing knowledge with the team and showcasing exceptional abilities.
Key expectations include:
* Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, teammates, and customers by enforcing a strong safety culture.
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.
* Multitasking and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition to drive team performance.
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager.
* Possession of a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
* Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal).
This role requires lifting, bending, and climbing, but we welcome applications from individuals without industry experience.
