We're looking for a confident, solutions‐focused Sales Engineer to join our Brisbane team and help customers understand the real value of MEX. If you enjoy blending technical know‐how with customer engagement, this role offers the perfect mix
What You'll Do
* Act as the subject matter expert for MEX products and related solutions.
* Support the sales team through discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations, and technical guidance.
* Work directly with prospects and customers to understand their operational and technical needs, then design solutions that fit.
* Build and deliver tailored demos and proof‐of‐concepts that clearly show how MEX solves real‐world challenges.
* Communicate the value MEX delivers to existing customers and translate that into meaningful outcomes for new prospects.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives including webinars, trade shows, conventions, and industry events.
* Stay across the competitive landscape and position MEX effectively in the market.
* Assist with technical responses for RFPs and tender submissions.
* Continue developing your expertise through ongoing professional learning.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years' experience in sales, consulting, engineering, account management, or a related field.
* Experience with CMMS, EAM, or IWMS platforms is highly regarded.
Skills & Attributes
* Strong working knowledge of software applications and a willingness to keep learning.
* A creative, ambitious, resilient, and relationship‐driven approach.
* Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences, from operational teams to C‐suite leaders, both in person and online.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, MEX, iOS and Android devices.
* Professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills in all customer interactions.
