Key Responsibilities:
* Coach leaders to foster a positive work environment, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and effective communication techniques.
* Manage performance to ensure high standards are met, by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Provide recruitment support to identify, attract, and select top talent, by developing effective job descriptions, conducting thorough interviews, and evaluating candidate fit.
