We are seeking a reliable and skilled Yard Support Worker to join our team in Darwin on a casual basis. This role involves providing daily support to pearling production operations, including pick up and delivery requirements with appropriate paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing vessel and farm manifests and associated paperwork, as well as providing shore loading and unloading services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily support to pearling production operations
* Pick up and delivery requirements with relevant documentation
* Completing manifest and associated paperwork for vessels and farms
* Shore loading and unloading services
* Supervision of casual employees
* Additional tasks as directed by the Coordinator Pearling Warehousing and Logistics
Requirements:
* Hold a valid White Card
* Basic computer skills
* Current driver's license
* Valid Forklift Ticket
* Medium truck license
* General stores knowledge
* Australian citizenship or residency with full work rights
* Candidates holding a Dogman's ticket and first aid qualification will be highly regarded
