Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and working effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in Pega or Salesforce projects, along with a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements through workshops and interviews.
Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Map technical dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Work closely with developers, QA, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain awareness of security, compliance standards, and industry best practices relevant to the projects.
Apply BABOK principles to ensure best practices in business analysis.
Contribute to system integration efforts and understand the broader technical landscape.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong documentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Proven experience in developing user stories with acceptance criteria.
Proficiency in analyzing and mapping technical dependencies.
Hands-on experience with Pega and/or Salesforce technology projects or programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers and QA.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
Solid understanding of BABOK principles.
Basic knowledge of system integration concepts.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
