About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service and Administration team member to join us on a full-time basis (Mon-Fri) in our Head Office based in Crestmead !

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration professional. As a Customer Service and Administration team member, you will:

* Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming office experience.
* Manage administrative tasks with precision, including records, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
* Uphold the security and safety of our front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Process payments, handle customer complaints, and maintain accurate financial transactions.
* Provide critical support for inventory management, scheduling, and other administrative functions.
* Exercise autonomy in decision-making and take initiative in assisting with company events.
* Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain a tidy front-of-house area with courtesy and efficiency.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, upholding our company values in all interactions.

The ideal candidate should have:

* A genuine passion for mobile & tech!
* Previous experience in customer service and administration roles, with a strong track record of success.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems.
* An ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
