Responsibilities
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart you'll collaborate with educators in your centre to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
