Clinical Coordinator Occupational Health Role
This pivotal position at Aspen Medical involves coordinating occupational health assessments, facilitating reviews with Occupational Physicians and HSE teams, and ensuring clinical processes align with client and statutory requirements. The team delivers healthcare solutions in remote, challenging or under-resourced settings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating comprehensive occupational health assessments
* Conducting quality review checks of medicals
* Liaising with clients to clarify clinical advice and ensure accurate communication
* Supporting the Occupational Physician and Practice Lead in the end-to-end medical review process
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery with partner clinics and internal quality systems
* Collaborating with Project Officers to ensure timely bookings and report on progress or delays
* Maintaining compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and government policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated experience in clinical coordination or occupational health
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical databases
* An ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
