**Responsibilities**:
1.Driving Duties:
- Safely and responsibly drive the Managing Director to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the Managing Director and external parties during travel.
- Monitor and anticipate traffic conditions to ensure on-time arrival at all destinations.
- Handle parking and vehicle maintenance as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
2.Administrative Support:
- Proactively manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation, for the Managing Director and other team members as necessary.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and other business engagements.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information as requested.
3.Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive matters and ensure that information is only shared with authorized individuals.
4.Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective and professional communication.
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
