Based in Toowoomba, you'll lead sales strategy, grow the sales team, and build solid customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
- Lead a high performing sales team
- Build lasting relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
About You
- Proven B2B sales success, ideally in AgTech, agriculture, farming etc
- Leadership and team management skills
- Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline management, and CRM use
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, passionate about agriculture innovation
- Comfortable with travel
