Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Sonographer to support diagnostic ultrasound across our four Canberra clinics – Belconnen, Deakin, Woden and Tuggeranong. The successful candidate will travel between sites as required and will report to the Chief Imaging Technologist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations on a diverse range of adult and paediatric cases.
Collaborate with sonographers, radiologists and clinical staff to review cases and share findings.
Assist with interventional procedures, including aspirational and vascular imaging.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to quality and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
ASAR registration (current).
Proven experience in musculoskeletal, obstetric, general, breast and vascular imaging.
Ability to travel between all four clinics (maximum 25-minute drive).
Comfort with a range of ultrasound equipment – Canon and Philips machines used ACT.
