About The Team
When you join the Finance team, you'll be joining the cornerstone of our operations, providing crucial guidance and governance to support ARTC's strategic objectives. The team is actively engaged in internal planning to enhance our strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making processes.

About The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure the timely, accurate and compliant processing of creditor transactions and payments, supporting strong financial control and positive supplier relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of timely, accurate and confidential Accounts Payable & Back Office processing and payment.
Accurate and timely management of financial and vendor records/files and accurate and timely completion of month end processing.
Ensure compliance with ARTC's Safety Management System (SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
What do we want from you?
Significant experience in process of accounts for payment using computerised accounting software.
Experience in use of on-line banking systems for payment of supplier accounts.
Experience in reconciliation of outstanding accounts.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly demonstrated ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
