About The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Paget. As the face of Motion Fluid Power in the region, you will:

* Own and drive sales and margin performance across your territory
* Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives
* Build strong, long‐term relationships with key decision‐makers
* Identify cross‐sell and upsell opportunities across Motion's full product range
* Position Motion as a trusted partner to Paget's industrial operators

This is a field‐based role focused on strengthening customer retention and increasing share of wallet across industries such as Agriculture/Irrigation, Mining, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Waste, and OEM.

About You

* Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth
* Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies
* Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives
* The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
* Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month
* Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
