The DRB Group is a leading financial services firm in Wollongong with a well-established Mortgage and Finance Broking business. The team is looking for a motivated finance broker to join our team and to support the effective delivery of service to our various business and individual clients. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service focused individual to become a part of one of the Illawarra’s leading integrated financial services practices.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Working with our business and individual clients
* Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
* Support clients through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
* Manage contact with lenders, solicitors, real estate agents, and property valuers throughout the home loan application process
* Manage finance and CRM databases
* Ensuring client files are appropriately maintained and prepared for audit.
The quality applicant will have:
* Experience in Mortgage Broking with a proven track record.
* As a minimum, a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
* Experience with complex self-employed structures
* High attention to detail, consistency and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise well and adapt your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met
* Demonstrate a strong client focus with a positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills
