Northridge Aged Care – Toowoomba, QLD. Employment Type: Permanent Part‑Time. Rostered Hours: 36 hours fortnight | Week 1 – Tuesday, Friday, Saturday | Week 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (4 hours). Remuneration: $34.45 – $36.21 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts & Benefits

We are looking for someone who is warm, engaging, and client‑focused, with a genuine passion for enriching the lives of others. Whether you have experience facilitating group activities or simply have a creative skill or hobby you'd love to share, we would love to hear from you
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and facilitating individual and group creative lifestyle activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
* Collaborating with residents, families, and care staff to assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
* Ensuring that all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged.
* Providing technical assistance, such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools.
* Building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
