This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to take on a senior position in a regional health service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of 5 physiotherapists and an allied health assistant, providing publicly funded physiotherapy services in a hospital setting to inpatients, outpatients, and community patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Cover a rural generalist caseload across sub-acute ward in-patients, acute ward, outpatients, and community patients.

* Provide clinical supervision and support to 3 physiotherapists, an allied health assistant, and students.

* Foster a positive flexible physiotherapy team, facilitate education and quality improvement projects, represent the physio team in multidisciplinary settings, monitor team workload, and ensure adherence to output targets and KPIs.

Requirements

* Experienced physiotherapist with previous management experience preferred.

* Paediatric experience preferred but not essential.

* Strong leadership and management skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills required.
