We are seeking a highly motivated Broker Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing broker introduced applications, maintaining speed to decision (SLA's) and communicating with brokers on each stage of an application.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing high pipeline volumes, and prioritizing duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage broker home loan & personal loan applications.
* Manage High pipeline volumes in a fast-paced environment.
* Communicate with brokers with outstanding requirements requested by credit.
* Maintain co-operation of other staff to support the Intermediary Channel.
About You:
* Understanding of diverse products, processes, and corresponding regulatory requirements.
* Familiarity with financial products, processes, and systems.
* Verbal, numerical, literacy skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
* Year 12 or equivalent.
* Cert IV in Credit management.
* Tier 2 - Banking and General Insurance.
