Learning Facilitators

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences to a diverse range of audiences, including Ministry leaders & frontline staff, judiciary, legal professionals, third-party providers, and participants.
* Deliver operational, technical, and behavioural learning, both in-person and virtually.
* Support learners to build confidence and competence, adapting your delivery style to meet their needs.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of learning resources, such as session plans for workshops and social learning initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience delivering learning or facilitation in a professional or educational setting.
* Applied understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques, with a focus on learner engagement and outcomes.
* Proficiency in virtual and face-to-face delivery methods, with the ability to adapt to technological advancements.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage diverse audiences.
* Strong self-management and organisational skills, with the ability to travel nationally as required.
* A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.

Salary: Between $84,562 and $108,862, based on skills and experience.
