What you'll do: As our Head of Product Engineering, you'll lead a talented Product Development Team to keep our digital products running smoothly while driving innovation and efficiency.
You'll be hands-on in development, set the tech strategy, and ensure our platforms deliver top performance, security, and reliability.
You'll be responsible for: Overseeing operations, support, and development of key platforms (DXP, localsearch.com.au).
Leading software development, automation, and QA best practices.
Driving technology strategy and system optimisation.
Building and mentoring a high-performing in-house and offshore team.
Managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
What you'll bring: Deep experience in software development, infrastructure, and DevOps (NodeJS, ReactJS, AWS).
Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary tech teams.
Strategic mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
Experience in security, compliance (PII, PCI DSS), and agile delivery.
A passion for innovation, quality, and getting things done.
