**Lead a Diverse Cattle Operation**
We are seeking an experienced Station Manager to oversee the operations at La Belle, a unique floodplain location known for its rich grazing country and high-performing cattle. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, requiring accountability for livestock outcomes, financial performance, and team development.
This position demands a structured approach to support both people and process. You will lead a capable team in a fast-paced, remote environment, strengthening relationships with suppliers, customers, and local stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage operating budgets and P&L with a focus on commercial performance, delivering high standards in animal husbandry, welfare, and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Proven experience managing large-scale northern cattle operations.
* A strong background in floodplain production systems and breeder herd management.
