Job description:
Your role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:
* Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
* Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
* Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
* Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
* Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
* Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.
Profile description:
Your profile
* Expertise in Service Cloud
* Proficiency in OmniStudio
* Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
* Proficiency in Apex programming
* Strong integration skills
* Experience with Azure DevOps for deployments
* Salesforce Certification in Public Sector Solutions
* Core Salesforce Certifications (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1)
* 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions
