As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a key support role across the business, working closely with our team and clients while helping coordinate jobs from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking, and being an integral part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with phone and email enquiries
* Schedule jobs and manage team calendars
* Support job coordination and tracking
* Assist with tracking job budgets and performance targets
* Process invoices, quotes, and job reports
* General office administration
* Provide a high standard of customer service
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration or office (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Strong Computer Skills
* Friendly, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
