About the Role
Are you a passionate Medical Receptionist seeking a rewarding role in a supportive and dynamic team? MyLocalDoc Chermside has an opportunity for a casual position, commencing in January 2026.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for patient care, this role is for you
Some of your daily duties would include but not limited to greeting patients and other callers in a courteous and efficient manner, schedule appointments for patients, schedule recalls and reminder appointments, issue patient invoices and receipts, enter and update patient records.

What You'll Bring to the Team
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Medical reception experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Best Practice software is a plus but not essential.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
A strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
