**About the Role**
As a Team Leader of Quality Assurance, your role will be responsible for coaching, developing and leading a team of Quality Assurance Analysts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform regular Quality reviews as part of Bank's KYC process.
- Review the KYC information obtained by the KYC analysts across Individual and Non Individual customer to verify the completeness and accuracy as part of customer validation in order to assess and document the risks associated with that customer.
- Identify key issues, risks, trends, observations and provide reporting of results to key stakeholders. Present findings via formalized feedback loop process, track and monitor corrections to identified critical defects.
- Effectively communicate with key points of contact to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across pertinent teams.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality throughout the QA process, disclosing only pertinent information to key stakeholders.
- Partners with managers to establish and update KPIs for QA processes, monitors performance to identify significant areas of concerns and oversees actions necessary to address issues
- Adhere to all designated time frames, manage workflow to the specified deadlines and complete responsibilities in a satisfactory manner.
- Identify, report and escalate potential QA gaps and other issues to Manager and exhibit active involvement in problem solving over critical issues that have a compliance and/or regulatory impact upon the institution as needed
- Perform work allocation and tracking team performance/efficiency and any other assignments as directed by Manage and support and motivate the team in meeting individual and team targets

You will ideally be able to transfer existing knowledge in order to coach and motivate a team of Quality Assurance Analysts and play a vital part in our KYC Operations team.
