Applicants for these positions will be interviewed by our own in-house recruitment team and guaranteed employment based on previous experience.
Approximate start date, minimum rates of pay, role description are all guaranteed at the time of interview. Placement and venue will be confirmed ±6 weeks from arrival.
In this role, you'll lead from the front, be the first point of call for customers, and ensure they give the best customer experience of all time.
Depending on your experience you will work in an entry role or a more experienced role. In this role you will be customer-facing, working to ensure that each and every guest has an experience that is enjoyable and recommendable. Your duties can be varied, requiring you to adopt several duties ranging from greeting to bartending and waiter work.
To be considered for the job you should have:
* Experience as wait staff, server, or in a similar role (preferred)
* Have a love for hospitality and entertainment
* Must be available at weekends and late-night finishes
* A high standard of presentation and grooming is essential
* Enjoy working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
* Good banter and know how to run a friendly and fun night
* Work well with a diverse team
* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Above all a Positive attitude and passion for the industry!
* Working hours 24 - 40 hours per week
* Work daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays
* Valid Working Holiday Visa
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card
* Hourly gross wages $26.00
* Payment is done per week
