After the award of a large civil earthworks project in the Pilbara, NTC Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Engineer on a pilot project.
The successful candidate will provide QA support, paperwork support and technical assistance to the Project Manager and Site Supervisors. They will be responsible for planning, organising and monitoring all aspects of our construction project, conducting quality assurance, project cost control, production reporting and monitoring, ensuring workplace health and safety, and managing people and subcontractors to meet budgets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project testing plans
* Lead quality assurance activities
* Plan and support construction processes
* Ensure all quality assurance requirements are met
* Work hands‑on in the field
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
* 4+ years in earthworks and civil construction
* Strong productivity and earthworks technical knowledge
* Ethical and professional work approach
* Effective teamwork and communication skills
* Experience with budgets and time restraints
* Ability to provide planning and construction support
This position is FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster with project accommodation provided.
