About the Job
Temp role with potential up to 6 months and beyond.
Immediate start – handle volume, stay calm under pressure and care about solving problems.
Build relationships, run thorough investigations into customer issues and help customers feel heard, understood and supported.
Prior experience in a call centre (escalations, complaints, complex cases) is highly preferred. Background in automotive, insurance or banking is a bonus but not essential.
About You
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment; call centre preferred.
Genuine, humble approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
