We’re now looking for a Sales Coordinator (C&I;) to strengthen our Commercial & Industrial team and support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused energy solutions.
The Role
Reporting to the National Business Development Manager – C&I;, the Sales Coordinator plays a key role in preparing proposals, contracts, and financial models, while managing the administrative and compliance backbone of our sales function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate financial models, quotes, tenders, and proposals for C&I; projects.
- Coordinating sales documentation and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
- Supporting contract preparation, amendments, and compliance documentation.
- Managing CRM data, pipeline tracking, and reporting insights on trends and opportunities.
- Ensuring seamless handover of projects from sales to delivery teams.
- Providing analytical and process support across multiple C&I; projects.
About You
You’re detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in supporting sales teams with robust processes and data-driven insights. You’ll bring a strong foundation in financial analysis, administration, and stakeholder management.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years’ experience in sales coordination, project administration, or commercial support.
- Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects (desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Orkestra for solar and battery project modelling (advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, solutions-oriented approach.
