We're a growing plumbing company working across commercial construction and civil projects. We're looking for a switched-on administrator who wants more than a basic admin role — someone who wants to grow with us and become a key part of the business.

This role is suited to someone who is organised, confident, has good attention to detail and can take ownership — not just follow instructions.

About the Role

This is not just answering phones.

You'll be supporting our construction projects and helping manage the flow of jobs, claims, and the documentation that keeps the business running.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Tracking and managing variations across multiple projects
* Entering job data into correct areas
* Assisting with project setup and tracking through our job management system (Fergus)
* Managing emails, calls, and general admin through the admin email
* Assisting the directors with general admin tasks
* Organising compliance documents, SWMS, and site paperwork for all projects
* Following up outstanding invoices and payment schedules

What We're Looking For

* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident communication in dealing with external clients
* Willingness to learn construction processes
* Takes ownership and solves problems without being prompted

Highly regarded:

* Experience in construction, plumbing, or trades
* Experience with Xero (or similar) or job management software (Fergus, SimPRO, etc.)
