The Role:
McKenzie Partners are looking for aAccount Coordinator with a solid understanding of media and digital streams to join our Adelaide team. This role is perfect for someone who has already gained experience in account coordination and is ready to take on more responsibility over time. While automotive industry experience is highly regarded, it's not essential. We welcome candidates who are eager to grow and develop their career in client services.
What you'll do:
* Act as the primary point of contact for client briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment before briefing internal teams.
* Manage day-to-day client communication, addressing queries, changes, and updates promptly.
* Collaborate with the Account Director on media schedules for outdoor, social, and digital campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation and updates.
* Maintain Accountability (AA) and runsheets daily for campaign accuracy.
* Draft proposed copy for social posts, radio scripts, and other campaign assets.
* Request internal forecasts for briefs and manage timelines effectively.
* Participate in weekly WIP meetings and client catch-ups.
* Handle end-of-month invoicing and billing for client activity.
* Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly campaign performance reports.
* Support client education by providing campaign solutions and recommendations.
* Assist with client pitches, including research, strategy input, supplier communication, and presentation development.
* Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Directors, and other team members to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
* Engage in learning opportunities across departments and proactively seek development to take on more advanced responsibilities.
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience as an Account Coordinator or similar role in marketing, advertising, or media.
* Strong understanding of media and digital channels; automotive experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
