With our continued growth on the back of the teams professionalism, passion and dedication, we are excited to commence the search for an experienced professional to join our Property Management division.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio and provide an exceptional experience for our clients
- Work closely with the Property Management team to grow and develop the rental portfolio
- Conduct property inspections
- Prepare reports and leasing documentation
- Manage rent arrears, reviews, lease renewals and maintenance
- Vetting tenancy applications
- Daily communication with clients
- Attendance at VCAT, where required
- Be an advocate for the brand
Skills, attributes, knowledge and experience required:
- Sound experience and demonstrated success working in property management
- Good standard of document processing and skills in utilising property management software
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt and focus in a rapid paced and diverse work environment
Essential position requirements:
- Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate Agent’s Representative)
- Previous experience in a property management role
- Current Police Check
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
