We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client, a leading Occupational Health Advisor, on a Fulltime Permanent basis in Gold Coast. They deliver high-quality medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services to a range of industries, including mining, construction, rail, transport, and corporate sectors.
In this role, you will conduct workforce medicals and assessments, ensuring employees are fit for work and compliant with relevant industry health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including, functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks these maybe conducted at office or client sites
* Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals
* Maintaining accurate health records and work as part of a team to finalise compliant assessments
* Work in partnership with stakeholders including Doctors and other specialised health professionals to deliver a streamlined health assessment service to candidates
* Provide client centric approach to health assessments and support WHA in ongoing review and development of best practice
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
About You:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
* Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting (desirable but not essential as training available)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
* Excellent administration and case management and attention to detail for reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
