The Role
A skilled Technical Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining and developing the school's network system, ensuring reliability and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert technical advice and collaborate with administration to maintain and develop the network system.
* Offer technical support and training to users on various software applications throughout the school site.
* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain information systems and ICT equipment according to the school's business needs and Department of Education policies and guidelines.
