Responsibilities
* Provide operational coverage (5 working days) – 4 days throughout the week and at least 1 day on the weekend
* Monitor active transport jobs and assist customers to keep loads moving
* Communicate with shippers and carriers by phone and email to resolve issues
* Escalate urgent matters and record weekend updates for the weekday team
* Support the Operations team with admin and coordination tasks
Qualifications
* Confident speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people
* Organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently on weekends
* Calm under pressure and able to think quickly to solve problems
* Enjoy being part of a team and learning as you go
Bonus Skills
Experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is a plus.
