About the role
As a baker, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, including:
* Mixing sweet dough, puff pastry, croissants dough
* Baking and preparing a mix of savoury and sweet items from pizzas, scrolls, quiches, sandwiches to muffins, tarts, and slices
* Helping with croissants and danishes
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
* Washing up and maintaining equipment
* Packing and organising products for the shop
* Pitching in where needed – it’s a team effort
Working hours
* Working days: Monday to Friday 5:00am-1:00pm
* We observe most public holidays, allowing you to enjoy time with family and friends
What we’re looking for
* 2 years experience
* Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with early starts
* Ability to follow written instructions
* A team player with a positive attitude
