Your New Role

About You
No formal qualifications are prerequisites for this position.
Qualified Educators require a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children, such as behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation, or human welfare studies. Experience working within the Fun Squad or long day care sector is desirable.
Ability to respond to children’s needs to ensure high-quality fun meets standards.
Hold or be able to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable).
Hold a light rigid or medium rigid driver’s license and be eligible to obtain an RDA if undertaking bus driving duties.
Hold a Queensland Transport Driver’s Authorization Card if undertaking bus driving duties.
Please note: Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is mandatory. All PCYC employees must complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
