Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
* Providing legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters
* Collaborating with other members of the Legal team
* Ensuring consistent, high-quality legal support across the business
* Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organisation
You bring:
* Post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
* A willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues, transactions, projects and business areas
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* An adaptable, proactive mindset and eagerness to keep developing your legal skills
