Lawyer
An opportunity exists for a self-motivated lawyer with 4-6 PAE to join our busy legal practice located in Torquay.
To be successful in this role, you will have sound property and/or commercial law experience and ability to:
* conduct a variety of commercial law and property law matters
* draft contracts, loan agreements and deeds
* manage your own files
* prepare probate applications and administer estate matters
* prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney
The ideal candidate will have:
* minimum of 4-6 years PAE.
* experience with PEXA, Leap, Info Track and a high level of IT competency
* experience working in and managing a diverse range of commercial and property matters
* ability to work autonomously and seek out advice when required
* excellent legal drafting skills
* a proactive approach, with excellent problem-solving skills
* excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
* a commitment to building professional relationships of trust and mutual respect both within the firm and with our client base
