**About the Opportunity**
Maitland Hospital is looking for motivated and compassionate **Assistants in Nursing (AINs)** to join our casual pool. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of specialties while developing your skills in a modern, supportive environment.
As a valued part of our care team, you'll work alongside nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, person-centred care. Casual AINs are essential in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality support across diverse clinical areas—including **Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, and Wound Care**.
You'll also be backed by our dedicated **Nurse Unit Managers and Education Teams**, who provide tailored guidance to help you grow your confidence and capabilities.

**What We're Looking For**
- ** Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (AIN)** _or_ currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing degree (completion of 1st year and at least the 1st semester/trimester of 2nd year) _or_ equivalent experience
- A passion for providing safe, compassionate, patient-focused care
- Flexibility to work across different shifts and clinical settings
