We are now seeking a full-time Concierge to join our professional and dynamic Front Office team at Pullman Brisbane Airport. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role is all about creating memorable experiences: providing warm welcomes, flawless farewells, and ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Being the friendly face that greets and farewells every guest
* Assisting guests with hotel facilities, directions and special requests
* Anticipating guest needs to ensure a seamless stay
* Maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards
* Handling guest enquiries with professionalism, positivity and care
About you:
* Impeccable personal presentation and a bubbly, enthusiastic personality
* Previous hotel, resort or customer service experience (Concierge experience highly regarded)
* Experience using Opera (desirable)
* Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Manual QLD driver's license and unlimited Australian working rights
