As a Trade Counter Assistant/Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and information about products
* Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
* Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate product information is provided
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Deliver products to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For
* A retail sales or customer service background with experience helping customers both in person and over the phone
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to use a computer and learn new systems quickly
* A clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
