About the role:
Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
CSR are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to join our team in Brookvale, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting our sales operations.
This is a excellent chance to work with a collaborative team, build strong relationships with customers, and develop your skills across customer service, sales support, and systems.
You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while also supporting internal teams with product knowledge, reporting, and CRM updates.

What you will be doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries and process orders accurately
- Coordinate delivery timelines and communicate updates
- Support sales teams with CRM, reporting, and documentation
- Liaise with warehouse, credit, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Build product knowledge to assist with customer queries
About you:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems (Dynamics experience a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in order processing, invoicing or accounts is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
