Job Description
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for leading and coaching a team of up to 15 team members, driving the Ghanda values with your store team, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
You will liaise with your Stock Allocator, as well as work independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, lead from the front, empower their team, and embody a leadership style in line with our organisational values. They will also think customer first, nail the fundamentals and take retail seriously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
