Key Skills
- Supervising nitrogen leak test & purging projects
- Experience in helium leak detection
- Experience in operating liquid nitrogen pumps, cryogenic LN2 isotainers, ambient vaporizers, nitrogen membrane generators, feed air compressors, desiccant air dryers, steam boilers, heat exchangers, and mass spectrometers
- Fault finding and repair of nitrogen equipment
- Planning and performing necessary calculations for nitrogen supply and usage
Key Activities
- Supervision of technicians and other site personnel
- Development and delivery of training for technicians
- Ensure compliance with engineering requirements of scope
- Ensure all equipment in use is compliant with relevant standards and client / company requirements
- Update and maintain test packs
- Ensure client is updated on key scope developments and production
- Maintain shift reports and handover logs
- Prepare timesheets and equipment utilization reports
- Comply with and maintain a proactive approach towards all company health and safety requirements
- Report non-compliance issues in accordance with Company procedures as required
- Responsible for housekeeping of work areas to a high standard
