Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting high quality and safety standards.

* Coordinate project administration, including correspondence, agendas, reports, and subcontractor management.

* Identify and manage risks, collaborating with Site and Project Managers for smooth project delivery.

* Provide regular updates to clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project status.

* Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

* Experience as a Project Coordinator on medium-to-large scale projects.

* Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and meeting customer expectations.

* Proficient in Microsoft Project, Aconex, and Hammertech, with strong time management and teamwork skills.
