Job Title
We are looking for a professional who can manage facilities and provide support to our team.
* This is a part-time role – 3 days a week
* Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site
* Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors
* Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities
* Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
* Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures
* Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices
* Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with our company values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes
We require someone with experience in Facilities Management, property or related roles who is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively. They should have a customer-centric approach to all tasks and strong people skills. The ability to think quickly on their feet and problem solve is also essential.

Key Requirements
* Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and FM-related software
